1. Can I return the purchased items?
If the items and their original boxes are in the same conditions as shipped to the customer, the customer has the right to withdraw the purchase within 14 days from the receipt of the parcel.
Return shipping price is at the customer’s charge. Once we get the parcel and verified the state of the product, Craft-Bamboo engages itself to refund the value of items or to replace them (transaction or shipping price not included).
We don’t accept return cash on delivery.

2. If there are damages on the product delivered,can I get a refund or replacement?
If you suspect that an item has been damaged in transit, please report this to us by e-mail to email@example.com within 3 days of receipt. Please attach digital photos of the damage and retain the original packaging and invoice. We shall then request that the item be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Upon receipt we shall be happy to send you are placement or, if the item is no longer available, arrange a refund. Return shipping price is at the customer’s charge.
