1. How do I proceed for my shopping at Craft-BambooRacing Store?
Once you have selected the items you wishto buy, these items will appear on your shopping cart. Click “Check Out” toproceed for payment. Please fill in your personal information such as emailaddress, delivery address for ordering. You can choose the delivery and paymentoptions which is most suitable for you.
Once you have filled all the details, clickPay to confirm your orders. A confirmation email will be sent to your email tonotify that we have received your order and will arrange for delivery soon.
2. What are the payment methods available atCraft-Bamboo Racing Store?
We receive all payment through PayPal. For customers who choose PayPal, you canpay it through your own PayPal account, or by VISA/MasterCard credit cards.

1. What are the delivery methods available atCraft-Bamboo Racing Store?
We will deliver the items through S.F. Express. Customers can choose picking upthe goods from S.F. Express’s Centers, S.F. Stores or Circle K Convenient Stores.You can check out the address of the above mentioned pick up points when youchoose the delivery methods. Once you have the order confirmed, we will sendyou a code for picking up and the date of delivery.
2. Do you provide delivery to address service?
Yes. You can choose this option at the delivery method column. You will need tofill in the delivery address for that. For this delivery service, we willcharge $30 for delivery fee.
1. Can I return the purchased items?
If the items and their original boxes are in the same conditions as shipped tothe customer, the customer has the right to withdraw the purchase within 14days from the receipt of the parcel.
Return shipping price is at the customer’s charge. Once we get the parcel andverified the state of the product, Craft-Bamboo engages itself to refund thevalue of items or to replace them (transaction or shipping price not included).
We don’t accept return cash on delivery.

2. If there are damages on the product delivered,can I get a refund or replacement?
If you suspect that an item has been damagedin transit, please report this to us by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org 3 days of receipt. Please attachdigital photos of the damage and retain the original packaging andinvoice. We shall then request that theitem be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Upon receipt we shall be happy to send you areplacement or, if the item is no longer available, arrange a refund. Return shipping price is at the customer’scharge.
